AccessIT tailors its support offerings for each of its EMS™, TDS™, and Vista clients. The Access Integrated Technologies Maintenance Agreement includes a User ID and Password that can be used to access the support pages for that client. These pages include the following sections:

  • Incident Management - A web-based Incident Reporting and Review tool that can be used to communicate application issues to the AIX Technical Support Team.

  • Tech Alerts - Access to Tech Alerts generated for our clients to make them aware of issues and/or bugs that have been identified.

  • Downloads - Customized download page to facilitate the distribution of Installation files and Service Patches. Clients are notified via E-mail of the availability of updated file downloads on their support pages.
